European summer is here – which means so is Wimbledon. The 2026 iteration might be battling against a sweltering heatwave and a strict dress code, but that hasn’t stopped the players from bringing their all to the court, sartorially speaking.
While, historically, attention has been paid to spectator style, we think it’s only fair that the players get some recognition. From Naomi Osaka in a custom traditional Japanese-inspired gown, to Coco Gauff repping her Miu Miu x New Balance collaboration, the on-court style has already served up hit after hit.
Below, catch up on our favourite fashion moments from Wimbledon 2026, so far.
Naomi Osaka
Are we surprised? The current World no. 14 player has made besting her own wardrobe into something of a sport. For her first appearance at this year’s tournament, Osaka did just that in an all-white gown inspired by Japanese ceremonial dress, made by Tokyo-based designer Hana Yagi. She completed the look with a traditional kanzashi hair piece, and Mikimoto jewellery. And beneath it all, of course, was a fresh white Nike kit.
For her next on-court appearance, Osaka repped a deconstructed version of her original look – this time wrapped directly over her Nike ensemble. She even kept her accessories within the all-white dress code, with pearls by Mikimoto.
Aryna Sabalenka
Sabalenka will be hard to miss on court at Wimbledon – not just for her game, but because she’s dripping in custom jewellery designed especially for the grand slam. Created by Material Good, the pieces (a necklace, earrings, and anklet) are the perfect complement to her white Nike tennis dress.
Novak Djokovic
Wimbledon is renowned for being the most formal and strictest when it comes to dress codes, and Djokovic’s look certainly fits the brief. He’s dressed up his on-court Lacoste fit with a white blazer (also by Lacoste) – fitting really, when you’re sandwiched between Bad Bunny and David Beckham.
Jannik Sinner
Sinner revealed his look for the tournament: a classic polo and shorts set by Nike, complete with a mesh-style jacket for pre- and post-match.
Coco Gauff
Few athletes can say they’re dressed by one of the biggest fashion Houses on the court. But Coco Gauff can. She’s wearing pieces from her Miu Miu x New Balance collection at Wimbledon this year, including a mini dress and a head scarf. We want it all.
Joao Fonseca
Fonesca’s look once again comes courtesy of On. It’s simple but effective, with an all-white shirt, shorts, cap, and shoes.
Venus Williams
We’re being blessed by the presence of not one but two Williams sisters this Wimbledon. Our first official sighting has happened, with Venus taking to the practice courts in a chic but simple Lacoste set. No one does it better.
Serena Williams
Of course, Serena wasn’t far away. She took to the practice courts (ahead of her first match against Aussie Maya Joint) in a layered Nike look, with a pop of colour courtesy of her racquet case.
And for her first official match appearance, Williams repped a mesh two-piece set by Nike.
Marta Kostyuk
Marta Kostyuk designed her dress for this year’s tournament in collaboration with Wilson. Fittingly. it’s called the ‘Marta’ dress, and features two layers of technical lace.
Félix Auger-Aliassime
Fans will know Félix Auger-Aliassime didn’t just unveil a new kit at Wimbledon, but a new hairstyle as well.
Alexandra Eala
Another Nike athlete, Filipino player Alex Eala made her debut on the 2026 Wimbledon courts in a V-neck mini dress, complete with a cut-out at the back, and capped sleeves.
