Marc Jacobs Beauty is officially coming back in May this year. Finger-on-the-pulse beauty account @trendmood1 posted first on Instagram a few months ago that at the recent NYFW runway show, Marc Jacobs Beauty was credited as the makeup partner (Marc himself confirmed it here). Perth born makeup artist Thomas DeKluyver was the creative director behind the look – pastel shadow, concentrated pink blush, thick black liner and oxblood lips. And as far as runway beauty goes, it was some of the best I’ve seen in a really long time.
Now that the Marc Jacobs Beauty Instagram has confirmed the news, the relaunch is slated for May 2026. We’ve even got a glimpse at the packaging (see below).
When is Marc Jacob Beauty coming to Australia?
In good news, we have the exact dates for you. Marc Jacobs Beauty launches on its official website on 28 May 2026, followed by an exclusive launch on the Sephora app in Canada and the United States on 31 May 2026. Marc Jacobs Beauty products will then be available on Sephora Australia shelves from 1 September 2026.
What products are in Marc Jacobs Beauty collection?
We finally have a product list too – and let’s just say they didn’t hold back on the product names either. The collection includes their Drawn This Way Longwear Eyeliner, Born Star Eyeshadow, Heart On Lipstick, Joystick Blush Stick and Legally Bronze Bronzer. The package itself was designed by Marc Jacobs, and in true style, they’re bright, shaped fun and playful.

If you’re thirty-something, chances are you remember the original March Jacobs Beauty products. The products originally launched in 2013 as a joint venture with Kendo Brands (who are also behind Fenty Beauty), and it was an instant cult. The Coconut Primer was constantly sold out; the mascara was one of the best on the market at the time. I was also a huge fan of the jumbo bronzers and kohl liners. It was a rare brand that married performance with ease of use while feeling very fashion-adjacent. Lots of colour, but also a focus on dewy, healthy-looking skin. There was a period of mourning when it unexpectedly discontinued in 2021. The fragrance portfolio remained, but the makeup disappeared. The small but loyal fanbase has had questions ever since.

Back in 2023, Business of Fashion reported that the brand was returning under a new deal with Coty, who also own the licensing rights to the fragrance portfolio. And now finally we have concrete proof it’s almost here. No word yet on a specific launch date for Australia or retail partners, but here’s hoping some of the original cult products are included in the comeback.
